Tuck Pendleton est un pilote et une vraie tête brulée : il est candidat à la miniaturisation afin d'être injecté, pour les besoins d'une expérience scientifique, dans le corps d'un lapin. Jack Putter est un employé de grande surface éternellement triste et terrifié par son état de santé. Ces deux hommes n'auraient jamais dû se rencontrer ! Sauf si, à la suite de l'intervention inopinée d'un commando d'espions, Tuck Pendleton ne s'était retrouvé injecté dans la fesse de Jack Putter...
